When my Sony X-1100 died, needed a new universal disc spinner. Still own a few hundred SACD's along with a few DVD Audio discs.So wound up with a Magnnetar upb800 player.

Overall, a good option replacement for the Oppo 203, may even be an slight upgrade. Also has an analog board for 2 channel support, which is good with my tube amp system.

The one thing the player does not support is DSD over PCM (DoP), or high res DVD Audio out via coaxial.
Enter the GeeFab Audio Digital Break out Box. Found a used unit for short cash. Success! The SACD/DVD Audio discs sound great using this converter via coaxial input to a Devialet Expert Pro 1000. .

Very impressive.  It's a bit pricey, but if you have a large collection of SACD's, well worth the investment.
