Another nice open baffle rig I heard in Vegas was the Nightingale CT 2 out of Italy.
Very sweet sound. Not as open and clean as the maggies, but still very nice.
Great looking speaker and superb craftmanship. Top notch furniture grade. Solid walnut.

These would dress up just about any living room. The elegant shape makes them seem smaller than they actually are.

4 drivers. Looked like 2x10" + 1x6" + dome tweeter. Passive x-over on the back of the baffle.

They've apparently been greenlighted, but they aren't out yet. Perhaps in January:

If they're as good as they say, they're a dream come true for those of us with small rooms. I'm currently making do with modded MMG's, afraid that even the 1.7's would be too big for my current room. So I'm planning to run down and hear them as soon as they're out, along with the 1.7's, which I still haven't heard because I no longer live near a dealer.

At the Vegas demo they were really very nice. I'd be very happy with a pair.

Of course they were playing music suited to the panels. No idea what other music sounded like.
