Kudos to DIY HIFI Supply

I ordered a bunch of tubes from them and when they came in and I tested them two weren't up to spec.  I sent an email and they sent me two replacement tubes.

I ordered a bunch of resistors (Tantalum ones!) and when two were not matched to 1% as requested, guess what?

They replaced them with matched ones.

So I agree, Kudos to them.

These both purchase were inside the country or overseas??

Humm, so there is a amount in ship value, maybe they could made replacement to my country also, in case it was need.
Good to know this shop had great custumer service. Once I receive a power tube with dpiece of glass loose inside, and was told it was made by the overseas transport, no free lunch.  What to do!!
