Good to hear you are well on the mend Rob. Keep up the PT and don't push things. Past 50 we definitely do not recover the way we did when younger. Guess you'll just have to give up that dream of the senior shot put tour competition, but I'm sure there are lots of other endeavors you'll enjoy.
