Icon w. Boston Acoustics

Anybody has tried the Nuforce Icon with Boston Acoustics speakers?  I am thinking of getting a pair of second hand speakers to complete a budget sound system (HD7 for instance). 

I am a neophyte, so any advice would be appreciated. :roll:
