Hey Guys- I am mostly done upgrade my X-Statik Crossover. The (1) component left is the .1 mf Sonicap. I'm not too handy with electrical diagrams, so I'm a bit confused about where to place it.

Do I put it across C1-C2 and keep the other components present? Any explanation or a pic would be very helpful!

That cap just by-passes those two caps in your picture.

You can just twist them onto the 20uF ply cap and solder them on.

That bypass cap is so small I installed mine on the back side of the pc board
