Can Mother’s Quick Detailer be used instead of Meguiar's Quick Detailer to clean the speakers?

I'm not familiar with that product, but it sounds like it is essentially the same.  So I don't imagine there would be any problem.

We do not recommend furniture polishes or waxes as they attract dust and can't penetrate the finish anyway.  So there are no advantages of using them.

I’m a collector car owner and yes, both are similar... (I’m using the Mother’s myself since I already had it).  I asked what they recommend and Jim’s Sweetie Mary showed me the Meguiar’s at the shop when I picked up my S3 Encores.  Both are the watery polish type as opposed to the oily type that like, say a Turtle Wax “Ice” is... so just don’t use “any” detailer, they’re not all are the same.

I only have experience with Maguiar's Quick Detailer.  I don't know about any of their other products.
