Last night my d-stream air app could not recognize my wr 100d player, and there is no option to configure it on the d stream app.
Everything has been perfect with this setup and my ida-8 since day one and now it isn't.
Can't find any discussions on this particular issue anywhere, so trying here.

D-Stream has ceased operations for more than 2 years. If your WR-100D was working all along, and since there is no new firmware update, it might be the WR-100D has failed.

It still acts the same, lights flash then goes steady as if connected to the wifi network.
Everything has worked fine since day 1, no changes.

What wifi streamer should I be looking at as a replacement then ?
I use Tidal hig res as my service and stream from my IDA-8, which I love btw...
My daily system for the last 6 years.

Nuprime Stream Mini can be connected with a single cable to IDA-8 digital port (5V power + S/PDIF).

Works with mqa tidal stuff then ?
Is there an app needed to run it ?
If so, where do I download the app for the mini ?
Sounds like what I need, but I am a bit challenged by tech at times.

Omnia Stream Mini doesn't support Tidal MQA. The WR-100D doesn't support Tidal MQA either so what you have been listening is the Tidal HiFi at 16-bit/44.1K. Tidal has announced a new streaming format called MQair, which is supposed to be easier to adopt for hardware manufacturer.

when you look for the w100d from the app .... at the bottom it doesn't ask you to connect it to an already existing streamer ?....
I did this last time.... and the app found my w100d
test if it works!
