Beacon II pre-amp demo in St Louis 4/16

The GAS guys are hosting an audio crawl tommorrow about 30 minutes north of downtown St Louis, near Warrenton.

Blair has sent a local speaker designer a Beacon II to use, and its paired with my Tranquility DAC+mac mini rig.

If anyone local is interested in hearing this preamp, tommorrow's demo will be one you won't forget.  Hebrew Hammer's speaker creations are amazing & capable of showcasing the preamp well.

That Beacon was supposed to be on it's way to me!!!

I may have to take it home from Randy's!

Bob, the reason it's back at my house is that I am tearing it apart to do a limited production beacon preamp that is a collaboration between Blair and I and he wanted to get going with it...

I'll talk with Blair and work out something...

That sucks.

Today I was gonna try one of the old "Randy, look over there!" tricks & take the Beacon to my new place.

Guess i'm not the only one waiting for a Beacon   :lol:
