What's the catch? The processor is stuck in standby and won't turn on so it needs to be returned to the factory for repairs and I don't feel comfortable selling a repaired unit. I contacted Outlaw and servicing a Model 975 is $75.00 - $150.00 plus round-trip shipping.

I bought the processor from Outlaw in 2013 and it has served me very well with great surround sound. The 975 sold for $549 + shipping direct from Outlaw:

The Outlaw 975 has plenty of inputs, from the latest HDMI to legacy inputs not usually found on modern receivers and processors. Setup is manual, speaker levels should be set using a sound meter. The sound is smooth and full, never analytical or harsh.

The processor decodes the latest codecs including DTS-HD Master Audio, Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Digital Plus, and Dolby Digital. Blu-ray disks with DTS-HD Master Audio sound awesome, the uncompressed tracks are recorded in 24 bit/96 Hz which is higher than a CD. Add a subwoofer and Godzilla will rock your house!

Note: The 975 is a 7.1 processor only. Bring your own amps.
