I doubt that any cans handle bass better than Audeze LCD-2 rev. 2 headphones. Utterly fanatastic. They are not priced in the mid range, but users will tell you they are worth saving up for especially if very deep, very punchy and very accurate bass is what you want.

Fischer FA-011 ? Haven't it, but it has
160 ohm and should have deep bass.
Earpads seems to be not so deep.
