HH Scott Capacitor Re-stuff (positive can filament / bias can) -50V
Most of HH scot tube rigs have a NEGATIVE voltage supply 12AX7/ bias that employs a -50VDC voltage.

Capacitor pulled from your set to be worked on.
Using a corkscrew to pull the guts out.
Here it is pulled from the can like a cork from the wine bottle. Note the paper bundle to be "diked" off the lug plate
You may have to gouge out some tar to accommodate your new caps to be installed later
Removing the old capacitor from the lug plate with wire cutters..

Capacitors used were four Tiacon 100MFD @ 100VDC electrolytic capacitors. Please note parts to be used.
Positive leads tied together to be grounded to the can. Negative leads to soldered to lugs (1024x 682)
