Art Garfunkle "Watermark"
Saw this at the store and started looking at the supporting artist. Holy Cow!
The Chieftans
David Crosby
Paul Desmond
Joe Farrell
James Taylor
Paul Simon

Phil Ramone
Doug Sax

Most songs written by Jimmy Webb.
Oh, and I forgot Steve Gadd, my favorite drummer of the modern era.
This is a standout album!

The latest Zappa remaster.
The sound quality of all of them is just spectacular.

For a few bucks and in VG+ to NMf, you take a chance.  And I dig Blue Mitchell's jazz...
But Blue Mitchell takes too much of a turn to the funk on "Blue's Blues" for my taste.

All these years later, "Ode to Billy Jo" is still a haunting songs.  Those lyrics just flow so easy, like a bedtime story by my grandma.

Scott, I found a really clean copy. I bought it for that song, but the entire album is good.

Frank Zappa - Orchestral Favorites

Somehow I never bought this when it first came out so hadn't heard most of this.
For such a silly song, Duke Of Prune was great!

This became one of my favorites after hearing at Danny Richie's place, years ago.  I finally broke down and shelled out the bucks for a vinyl copy.

Holy cow, this is a great pressing of what was already and audiophile recording.   This is clearly near the top of my vinyl collection as far as sound... and the music is also very high quality.
