Do IEMs come that way or do you need to buy a specific cable?  Looking to purchase a DAP either  FiiO  M11S or M11 Plus, and need IEM  recommendations.  Thanks in advance.

Depends on the manufacturer. Many do offer an option for 4.4. Campfire, Unique Melody, and Empire Ears just to name a few. What budget are you trying to hit? These days you can spend anywhere from $50 - $5k and beyond on an IEM.
