This is a great recording. Two CDs, sold separately. Recorded at the famed jazz piano bar in 2002. It attracted pianists with Paul Desmond's famous 9 foot grand piano...

From Wiki:  "Desmond reportedly owned a Baldwin grand piano, which he lent to Bradley Cunningham, owner of Bradley's piano bar in Greenwich Village, with the condition that Cunningham had to move the large piano back to Desmond's Upper West Side apartment to become part of Desmond's estate. After this long and expensive process, Desmond willed the piano to Cunningham, a characteristic and final prank."

McCoy Tyner Big Band - The Turning Point

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Turning_Point_(McCoy_Tyner_album)

I played with this drummer, Aaron Scott, in college bands and a couple big band gigs, ~'84. He is a very unique player, very light touch, very creative, very sensitive. Captivating to watch him play. One time I was visiting Boston Fanuel Hall with my girl, we ordered some fried dough, there was Aaron in full white chef outfit with hat making fried dough for tourists! We had a laugh. I don't think I saw him again after that as McCoy soon scooped him up.

Music is arranged by McCoy, band is first call NY cats. Recording not bad, normal modern big band recording style, lots of mics, artificial reverb, etc. Clean balanced sound.
