Hey Arthur! The term EDM (electronic dance music) is actually correct. I believe he's talking about one of the diverse styles they incorporate into their sound. I think they are a fantastic band. They are really great musicians and the songs are as just strong as the playing. "Man Made Object" and "A Humdrum Star" are both on Blue Note and sound amazing!

Ahh. EDM eh, ok. The initial samples I listened to reminded me of a lot of early Abercrombie, Weber, Towner, & Rypdal, hence my thought of ECM. Live and learn, or at least try.
