laura, I am intrigued by the additional Fever Tree albums, I have the first one, sadly not a UNI one, but nonetheless, the only song I liked was San Francisco Girls, so I never investigated any other albums, did I miss something/

Phil

Hi Phil,

Sorry it has taken me a week to respond. Day job has been taking up too much time lately. I like Fever Tree and the first Fever Tree album is my favorite. I pretty much like all the songs on it and believe San Francisco Girls is the best on the album. Creation is my second favorite and then a toss up between Another Time, Another Place and For Sale. If you don't like the first one, you probably aren't going to like the others enough to add them to your collection.

FWIW,

Best,

Laura

First spin of day was the Minneapolis-based blues rock band Crow. This is their debut album from 1969 and starts things out with their classic hit "Evil Woman".

Jeff Beck Group  ~  Rough and Ready

Epic, 1971

A favorite around here as well CB. Max's Tune is a classic, and one of his all time best imo.  Off to a good start tonight with that group. Keep cool   8)

Appears the vinyl_lady is feeding a Bob Seger jones tonight. Nice Laura.  :thumb:

Heard a Bob Seeger song on XM Sirius in the rental car in Denver Friday & that encouraged me.

Haymarket Square ~ Magic Lantern............Re-issue vinyl(obviously  :rotflmao: :rotflmao: )

Quote
Haymarket Square was a Chicago-based psychedelic rock band in the late 1960s and early 1970s. Their album, Magic Lantern, released in 1968, was pressed in an edition of 80 - 100 copies, and despite its rarity is well considered by fans of psychedelic rock music even today. The music of the album was used to accompany the Baron and Bailey Light Circus at the Museum of Contemporary Art.
