The Holland pressing is not a gatefold. It has the typical thin, shiny cover that is so common to import records.
I bought it probably 10 or more years ago in Amsterdam at a record store right across from The Paradiso, a club where
The Doors and hundreds of others played. I also got a German pressing of The Move: Looking On, their least accessible record
but still precious to me.
