As a biochem major I completely get what he is saying. We need more professors like this. Extremely entertaining.

Very nice video. Put a lot of things into perspective... Understanding the science behind losing weight gives a new approach and/or focus to a life long problem. Thanks for posting

It is common to conflate "simple" with "easy".  Weight loss is simple, but for most people it is not easy.  Calories in vs. calories out is the only factor affecting weight loss (or gain).  Working out and being more active will allow you to eat more, but all of us can eat faster than we can run.
