Five projects are in the works, all using the Accuton C51 ceramic dome midrange and RAAL 70-10D-AM ribbon tweeter. Stay tuned!

exciting! I have a jeff bagby kairos full kit in a box but I realized I'm never going to have the time to learn woodworking. so I look forward to your new designs :)
ever think about experimenting with non conventional designs like omnidirectional full range or open baffle mtm with sealed box bass woofers below? I was looking at the ohm walsh recently, pretty interesting design.. or what about something using a seos horn?
-
Call me interested Rick. Any plans for a TMWW configuration using these drivers?
-
he had a design like that which was basically a tmww version of the tempesta called the estremo. would be cool to see an update to it

Good combo. As noted, similar to the Tempesta but also the Ottavo.

2 of the best drivers on the market, for sure.
I can't imagine these sounding anything but great.

Not trying to hijack the thread, but I'd be willing to purchase those Kairos kits from you!
I'll PM you.

Here are some of the less conventional designs that I've done. Personally I don't care for many horns but there are some good drivers - just very expensive. Dipoles / open baffle are executed best with a DSP crossover.

Yes, there will be a new version of the Estremo.

Up next for final assembly and test - matching L/R/C and surrounds. After that comes the "Harbinger".

Looking good! What veneer is that? Also, is that the 9.5 inch satori?

It's Figured Eucalyptus with a dye added to the finish. 9.5" Satori woofer, Accuton Cell dome midrange, and RAAL 70-10D-AM tweeter.
