ss 9.5
« on: 11 Mar 2024, 05:37 pm »
Hello

I am thinking about selling my pair of SS9.5's, but i have no idea how to price them.  They are in excellent physical condition, the sound is, as expected, incredible and have all the various grills.  Shipping may also be an issue as over the winter, the original containers seemed to become party central for the local mice.  The reasons for thinking about selling;  downsizing and my hearing isn't aging as well as i hoped!

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Thanks!

They were $12K new so I'd price them at $10K with local pick-up. Slowly drop the price and eventually agree to ship at buyers expense. Shipping will be expensive though because they need to be properly packed and secured to a pallet for freight shipping. Selling big used speakers can be challenging even ones as nice as the SS 9.5. Just hope someone in the Boston area wants them.

Thanks you for the shipping info!

I should have a decision about the sale soon.  These are phenomenal speakers and will be hard to part with!
