Yes,  coming in at # 1 before the tourney,  BUT,  it's Belgium.   Germany was destined to suck,  Portugal was a one hit wonder,  wayyyy  too reliant on CR,  as was the case with Croatia / Modric,  and Spain / Netherlands  also fell off in the past years.......Denmark and Switzerland ...nobody saw coming,  but a really nice surprise....that leaves us with France,  and my thinking was that of the oh so real champions curse. 

So,  England with their defense,  and Italy with their overall flowing style was my justification......Shit, shit, shit.....
