Belles 20A tube preamp for sale in excellent physical and operating condition.
This is a LINESTAGE only (MEANS NO PHONO) - the 20A never had a phono section option despite the rear case markings. Belles made a dedicated, stand alone 20A phono stage and it's just that, a separate phono stage only.

8/10 rated since I am its' second owner.
Black with gold knobs. Recently re-tubed with Mullard CV4003's from Upscale Audio, the special CJ test ones. Tube have less than 20 hours on them. I'll also include 4 Herbie's Audio Lab tube dampers (the new style one's with the titanium c-rings).
Original box, manual, remote and power cord included.

Price: $700

The 20A uses four 5814A/12AU7s in a single-ended input, differential circuit with cathode followers and buffered balanced outputs. The 20A also offers remote control over power, volume and mute and features a toroidal power transformer to eliminate stray magnetic fields. Five pairs of RCA inputs are mated to XLR and RCA main outputs and one RCA record out. Controls include listen, record, volume, balance, power and mute. The preamp also has an HT bypass feature.

you could get a tube buffer stage for ~$100-$150 to put between amp & pre, that would match up the impedences....

Thanks Doug, I did consider that, namely the Burson. But, I don't need the added gain, nor another "box" plus interconnects in the chain.
The successor to the 20A is already in my rig

so the 20A needs a good home.
