Dang! Not much going on here. I found this article discussing your exact issue http://www.audiokarma.org/forums/archive/index.php/t-582950.html
Looks like they went here and bought samples. Www.weknowemulsions.com
I found many choices on eBay if you want to even try different viscosities. http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_ftrt=901&_fsradio=%26LH_SpecificSeller%3D1&_sop=12&_sadis=15&_stpos=32608&_odkw=&_saslop=1&_fss=1&_dmd=1&_sasl=Scott+at+Scientific+Concepts+&_osacat=0&_ipg=50&_ftrv=1&_from=R40&_trksid=p2045573.m570.l1311.R-1.TR12.TRC2.A0.H0.Xsilicone+fl.TRS0&_nkw=silicone+fluid&_sacat=0

I have no experience with the Well Tempered turntables, so I can't recommend what works best.

That should be the same difference.
If I'm not mistaken, the Reference had a carbon fiber arm and the Classic had aluminum but everything else was the same as far as dimensions.
