Problem with BAT preamp

Anyone else using a Balanced Audio Tech preamp with the Odysseys?  I've had problems with my vk-5se and the Stratos monos.  I sent the preamp into BAT and they said everything is fine.  My problem is sound cutting out when using the stratos.

They feel there's a ground problem, perhaps the pinout on the connectors is different on the Stratos.  Anyone have any ideas?

Stratos :  Pin 1 is ground,  and pin 2 is hot.  Check with BAT, that could be the problem.

BAT found an intermittent problem with a solder joint.  The pinout is the same as Klaus describes....
