hello dusty,

i was curious to know if your phonostage compares to the musical fidelity phonostages x-series.  if would cost me similiar to buy either product.

Hi Rod,

I haven't compared them side by side and i don't really know much about the MF product. What i can tell you is that VPP-1 is a great sounding phono stage and works well with any except the lowest output type MC cartridges.

We just started shipping them last week and the feedback has been "wow". Dan Wright (ModWright) got one to see if it was mod-worthy but he said it sounds so good.. he's just been playing records.

Give one a try, as with all our products, we offer a 30 day return policy when purchased direct (dealers may have their own policies).
