Whats the difference?

Whats the difference between the Bohlender-Graebener Neo 8 drivers, and the NEO drivers used in the VMPS products?
They look very similar, but the VMPS units cover frequencies down to 166Hz, while the BG is rated only to 500Hz.

And, has anyone heard the GR Alpha LS..curious how they compare to the RM40s?

I know that these questions have been asked and answered before, but I can't remember the exact answers.  You may want to try the search function here, and check the HD archives.  Also, I seem to recall that somebody actually had RM40s and the Alphas, but I'm not sure that I ever recall seeing a comparison.

Alright, I'll go ahead and nominate my post for the least useful of the day.  Sorry. :(

John Chapman owns them both (Bent Audio).  I've been to audio gatherings a few times a heard the Alpha's.  The Alpha's are awesome speakers.  I couldn't pick a single fault with them.  I think they are by far his best speaker.

A friend of mine has heard the VMPS RM40 and the Alphas at John's house.  He preferred the Alpha's, but the VMPS weren't tuned properly.
