I have a problem with this DAC:

When the signal is present there is no problem and the dac works very fine.
The PIN4 (for MUTING) of PCM1793 is not used in this dac.
The vendor sayed me:
i have contact the factory with the problem
they replied that it is normal situation .
it makes noise when there's no signal, but everything will be ok when you listening to the music.
For me is not normal... i have never seen a dac with this problem.
How to fix this issue?
