OK, I'm really taken with the XRS. I also think my Plinius might not be the best pairing with it. What integrated would offer the best bang for buck with these speakers in the one grand range? Also, I don't want to have to build the amp. How are the Decwares? Any other suggestions? Thanks.

Yeah, the Sig 30 drives the XRS' beautifully, but the 6-watt Clari-T also does a very nice job with them.  Recently, I've sold quite a few of custom Clari-T's for customers who also bought XRS' and the feedback has been very positive!

Hi Merle,

What I’m using right now is an Opera T99 with 6922s and the Lotus/Clari t with Volume control.
This is an amazing combo. Best of both worlds and the volume control on the amp lets me dial in the perfect gain without fussing with resistors. The power is amazing and the pre has 24dB of gain. Vinnie is in the process of rounding up all the part for an extensive mod on the preamp.
