I am looking for someone to repair a new Sony OEM laser assembly in my tube based cd player.  Seems to not recognize TOC and not sure if something is out of alignment or sticking.  Prefer someone who is good at troubleshooting and not just a parts swapper.  Any ideas?

The Sound Doctor in Loveland is an NAD repair shop and they have also repaired a transport/laser assemply on my Marantz.  They also seem to do a fair amount of Mcintosh.
