Thanks for the kind reply, James:

The room measures: L: 190" (15' 10") / 4.8 m  |  W: 147" (12' 3") / 3.7 m  |  H-Front: 138" (11' 6") / 3.5 m  |  H-Rear: 104" (8' 8") / 2.6 m

I've attached a couple of old photos: two views of the room and another of the opposite room, to show the wall height. Notice that the room is open (to the dining room) on the right-hand side, and to the entry hall, where there is a CD cabinet. I'll add updated pics when I get things buttoned up.

Cheerio, and sincere thanks to you and the Bryston team for designing and building products that provide such wonderful musical pleasure.

Thanks, WireNut (great avatar) for your kind words:

A local glass artist did the windows and the sculpture above the fireplace. The rooms are comfy and the sound is surprisingly good, given the acoustic challenges. The latest Bryston gear has brought the audio quality to an incredible level of realism and engagement; it's a massive difference, especially when listening to hi-res files through the BDP/BDA combo.

Happy listening,

Rich

The apple tree is doing much better than last year as it did not produce any fruit. Hector will be able to enjoy his "apple balls" this year.

Be well...

Slowly "modernizing" a 1940's Monarch motor/drive system to the 21st century. The flat belt pulley was cracked so time to incorporate a V-belt pulley.

Be well...
