Title: Wonderful GIK Service

I recently purchased Q7D panels from GIK which were damaged during shipping.  GIK sent out replacements immediately along with return labels for the damaged panels.

That level of customer service is often rare these days and I want to commend them on how quickly they responded to make me a happy customer.

I’m still waiting for my Q7Ds.  :|

I love the stuff I’ve gotten so far from GIK, but I wish their shipping costs for additional fabric wasn’t so high. I have old 244s that I want to refabric to match the newer stuff I bought. The shipping cost from GA to FL for 5 yards of material seemed rather high to me.
