I will be flying in from OR for the show.  Meeting up with fellow Salk owners and good friends Kinger and IrishSammy.  REALLY looking forward to it.  Hope to meet some of you there.

Really looking forward to the fest as well.  Never been to one of these before and hoping to see and learn quite a bit.  Also will get to thank Jim personally for building my ST/RT's.

My wife and I will be there for the whole weekend.   She wants to hear to some HT1 TL's and hopefully see/hear the SongBird's.  Oh yeah, I do too!

Out-of-towners, keep me apprised of your plans.  Most likely a GTG at my place Saturday night.  Still have spare bedrooms available to save you some bucks.  Each has its own bath.  I'm planning vacation that Friday to assist Jim with set-up if he needs help.

May I suggest AC members add a tag to their nametags with their screen names?

Good idea on the nametags.  AudioCircle shirts are cool too.
What time is set up?  I will be available Friday if Jim and Frank need some more help.

I should be over by mid afternoon Friday if any set up help is needed.  +1 on the nametag idea Pete.  I'll have to check out those AudioCircle shirts too.

oooooh, I want to go too.  Happy to be a Salk volunteer helper too if needed!  I would prob make it a 3 day weekend and arrive early Friday.

I think that my wife will not object if I attend either AKFest or RMAF, but she might complain about my attendance at both.  I will need to think this over.

Hi, sorry to butt in but if anyone here is going to be attending this show every year then you could perhaps consider proposing an AKFest circle (sub-circle of Shows and Events). This would provide a focal point for the show for AC members. Draft guidelines follow.

1. The event or show in question is held on an annual basis. For "one-off" events, please just use the generic Shows and Events circle.
2. The proposer is an active participant in the show each year, whether as someone involved in the show organization, or as a regular attendee. In either case, the proposer is committing to facilitating the circle for a number of years.
3. The proposer is committing to providing updates and notices on key show-related dates, adding the event to the AC calendar each year, and so on.
4. The proposer is committing to providing at least some degree of show "coverage" each year, and encouraging other AC members who attend the show to do the same.
5.  Please follow the Circle Proposal Guideline.   Post the poll here.
