If you go with 3/4" + 1/4" thick panels, use a larger a roundover/radius on the left & right edges. The other edges aren't as important, but the top will help a little bit.

If you use 1/2" + 1/4" panels, you can use the standard recommended roundover/radius.
Thank you

Looks like 10 1/2" High X 6" Wide X 10" deep.

Making progress, intermittent and slow but having fun and moving forward. Learning about woodworking and how to use new tools, All good. Using a Walnut, Hard Maple and Red Oak pattern applied to MDF. I'm still hopeful I can pull off creating an acceptable looking and sounding cabinet.

I love how the pattern plays with the eye creating a 3-D illusion!

Plan A Three D pattern was a failed effort. Gluing 1/4 inch cut hard wood end grain onto 1/2 inch MDF turns out is a real bad idea. The boards warped like lasagna noodles! All those clamps could not keep it all flat. A lot of work went into the dumpster. Should have just made a bunch of 3D Hard Wood end grain and cut them at 3/4 inch. A big time killer but Live and learn.
Plan B - 3/4 MDF with Cherry veneer. It is coming along, 2nd coat of oil based Satin clear varnish. X-overs soldered and ready for install. No-Rez applied. Can't wait to finish these so I can hear them.

Why do pictures upload sideways?
Any way to edit that?

You need to edit them (i.e. crop them slightly) on your phone before uploading them. Or adding them directly to your gallery before sharing them here.

I'll try posing pictures again that are orientated correctly. These have been rotated in Gallery.

Need Tweeter gaskets. Tweeters sit slightly low.
Any suggestions on where to buy gaskets to correct how my tweeter sits in the cabinet?
Will this tweeter sitting a little low in the flange be noticeable if corrected?

Received a suggested solution for my gasket question from a Butch. Thanks for the idea.
