My B100 SST blew a fuse while it was turned off. I was using the unit in the morning, all good, then turned it off. Went to turn it back on later in the day, &......nothing. Then I realized the red power light was not lit either. I called the VT service center, & the guy told me to check the fuse, which he said was located "inside where the power cord connects to the amp". So I spent an hour or 2 puzzling over that & with a lot of googling found the fuse drawer beneath where the power cord connects. Got the fuse out & it does look blown.
I figured out that it takes 6.3A 250V fuses. Just wondering, Any particular brand? And Fast or Slow Blow?
Btw, I've found quite a few forum threads going back several years with people having lots of problems with their B100 SST's, & B135's, including blowing fuses. I've owned mine since Jan. 2017 & this is the 1st problem. TIA for any advice!
