We recently received some potential serious news about a family member's medical condition which has caused some delays in returning phone calls and getting larger (heavier) orders shipped out of our shop as I have not been able to be present during the day. I was spending time at the hospital and with my family. Smaller packages have been sent from home which has not been a problem.
