Tube amps do not have to be expensive. Setting aside expensive tubes and lavish appearances, it is possible to make amplifiers with excellent components, high quality construction techniques and even point to point wiring for well under $1k! That price point includes single-ended configurations as well. The tubes of choice  include: 6L6, 6V6, EL84 and 5881's.

There is NO sacrafice in quality. The output transformers are made in the USA too and we're still using the same double insulated tube amplifier wire used in all our models.

Two New Amplifiers:

15 watt/channel (name your tube) Push-Pull Stereo Amplifier
Specifications:
1] 15 watts/channel into 4,8 or 16 ohm loads (must specify impedance, or select 6 ohm transformer)
2] Grey or Black Powder Coat Finishes or Silver (Clear coat Aluminum)
3] 100K input impedance
4] Point to Point Wiring
5] Zero Negative Feedback
6] Permanent Cord
7] Automatic Biasing
8] 5-Way Speaker Posts & RCA Inputs
9] Owner must purchase/use their own tubes

Price: $499.00

Single Ended (Name Your Tube) Amplifier
1] 2-8 watts/channel into 4,8 or 16 ohm loads (must specify impedance, or select 6 ohm transformer)
2] Grey or Black Powder Coat Finishes or Silver (Clear coat Aluminum)
3] 100K input impedance
4] Point to Point Wiring
5] Zero Negative Feedback
6] Permanent Cord
7] Automatic Biasing
8] 5-Way Speaker Posts & RCA Inputs
9] Owner must purchase/use their own tubes

Price $475.00

Naturally there are several options to choose from:
1] Tube Rectification
2] Filter Choke
3] Hybrid Biasing (very efficient, 100% automatic)
4] IEC Power Cord
5] Integrated
6] Negative feedback, either permanent or switched
7] Multi-tube compatibility

Both systems have a manufacturer's defect warranty of 1 year from date of delivery. Tired of heavy amplifiers? These weigh a mighty 12lbs on average. You will also like the low heat output and long tube life as a result. Size: 17x10x6 (LxWxH) for either model. Let me know if you would like different dimensions.

What to expect: A very clean, transparent sounding amplifier(Either model). The circuit and components used allow for unrepresented resolution and accuracy. Highs are not rolled off, bass is clean and tight. Mids are natural and not swelled or cold. Appearance: If you like glass- this is the way to go. Tubes are beautifully presented up front without a transformer backdrop. Only the power transformer is located on top of the chassis, to the side and out of the way.

NOTE: The new amps are not on our web site yet. They are the same size as a LE-100a and use the same chassis. Outputs are mounted underneath and the power transformer in located on top. All connections are made on the rear and are very similar to the 100a's. Wiring is done exactly the same as with the 100a too.
