After pesting Jim with questions about a custom order, I ended up ordering a stock Bugle pro. He was good with all replies and even suggested that I go with less expensive Bugle pro because the customization of a more expensive Monogram would get too expensive with labor cost. I love honest merchants who won't take you for a ride.
I ordered it on the 14th and received it on the 17th. From Hawaii to Virginia in 3 days for a nominal shipping cost! Thanks Jim.
