I have been following some of the threads that deal with a possible sub addition to the 1801's. There seems to be general agreement that the SCC300 would do the job nicely. What I would like to know is: are there other alternatives/recommendations? Maybe not a specific list, but what characteristics are desirable for assisting the 1801 speaker?
I started this enquiry because I sent a PM to dave with a link to a danish DIY'er who works with the SEAS W18 excel drivers (
