22 Year old BP25 needs service
« on: 13 Jan 2023, 04:46 pm »
Hi James.  My great sounding BP25p needs service. Called a half dozen times but no one picks up phone or calls me back.  Emailed service.  No response.  Emailed Mike.  No response.  How do I get an RGA?  Where do I send the unit for service?  I am stuck using an Audio Research preamp that cost multiples of what the BP25 did and yet doesn't get the sound right.  The BP25 gets it right.  Help!  I want my Bryston preamp back in service!
