They do appear to have a pleasance hump (as opposed to presence hump) in the mid bass. More important to the sound is a gentle downslope in frequency from that mid bass rise throughout the range to the high treble. Speakers that do this are universally lauded as great sounding, it's the response curve most people want. Not accurate per se, not for use as a studio monitor tool, but it's what folks want at home.
