Zion NP Trip

Back from an incredible week camping in Zion NP.
Place is always busy, but we were fortunate to snag our campsites from cancellations - otherwise completely booked campsites.
The Narrows was closed due to to record snow melt and raging Virgin River.
We hiked the Kamarra Springs Narrows instead, with thigh- high 38 degree frigid rapids. That was an adventure!
But the best hike was Angel's Landing. Due to the high volume of tourists, it can only be climbed by permit via the lottery system.
This is to avoid the cluster fck line of people lining up for the last ridgeline climb to the summit (like Mt.Everest).
Although considered one of the most dangerous hikes in the USA, I found it fun and nonthreatening.
We did see several people frozen with fear along the ridge climb.
Must have taken a couple thousand pics on our trip (still in my camera).
Here are a few iphone shots.....

Envious as always sir.
Even your Iphone shots probably beat most others best tries.
Best to you and yours in all your journeys. And ya, keep posting pics or as they say "it never happened".
