Tidal error message on Bluesound Node 2
« on: 20 May 2018, 11:29 am »
"Cannot get track: Your Tidal account is in use in another location. At end of current song, please press PLAY to resume playing."

Huh? Really?
Just to be safe I changes my password but I'm still getting this message.

Happens occasionally and several times during my listening sessions and clears itself in 10 to 15 seconds. More annoying than anything else.

Is this Blusounds way of telling me there is a buffering issue over at Tidal?

What I find odd is that I'll get this message seconds before the track is over but if I change tracks before that I'll have no issues. It never happens during a song. Just seconds prior to the end.

I'm not connecting my router to the node via wifi but thru ethernet powerline adapters

I have TIDAL. Just five days ago I had a weird issue. I was listening to a track and it stop. A message popped up saying I needed to RE-subscribe.
What???
I checked my account and my payments WERE up to date.
This is what I did to solve the problem.
I shut down everything. TIDAL, Mac Min, Monitor
I then cleared my browser on my iPad
I deleted the TIDAL APP
I Turned my iPad off
I use AIRSERVER to stream from Mac mini I just shut it down
After waiting about ten minutes I started up everything re-applying the TIDAL app and signing back in using my same password.

HOPE THIS HELPS!

Let’s hope Tidal stays afloat. I like the service but they have had some problems paying bills.
