If not the Full Monte like Wayne gives it, maybe just some tweaks?  Possibly replace the spring clips & give it an IEC power cord receptacle?  Just curious.

I'm really interested in the digital amps, but the stuff changes so fast that I'm afraid to sink a lotta cash into 'em.  The Carvers seemed like a great amp, but I'm starting to think that only when you have a fully digital path from player to speakers will the full promise be fulfilled.  At least with the Panny I can get a taste of that while I wait for the dust to clear.

I would probably just replace the stock cord with a Spinal Cord before installing an IEC.  Why put more stuff in the way?  It's possible although I have very little time to dedicate to mods honestly.  I'm sure it would help though.  I haven't had a chance to tear one open yet...  Maybe soon I will.
