Hello all. New guy here. Just getting back into the HiFi hobby after a 30-year hiatus. Back in college, I started out with a pair of Allison 1's (dad was a friend of Sumner Bennett, head of sales for Allison Acoustics). Worked briefly for a small sound company doing frat parties and similar ilk so swapped out the Allison's for a pair of Klipsch La Scalas. Then I joined the army and lugging around big plywood boxes didn't work so well. Now starting over and trying my hand at the DIY side of things. Building a class D amp and looking at speaker kits (love the CSS offerings from what's the interwebs).
