Tonearm bearing repair?

I love my Pioneer Exclusive P3 tonearm, but even though nearly new, the bearing make noise (at least, I think it's the bearings).  There aren't many of these around, so I'm not sure if the average repair guy can work on this.  Who would you recommend to go through a somewhat rare arm and install bearings?
