Welcome to the Vapor Audio subforum
« on: 24 Feb 2013, 12:22 am »
It's an honor to have our own home here on the website which has been my home for years.  This is a great group of people here, and we're excited to be able share what we're working on with you all.  And thanks to JohnR for giving us the spot, even though we've had our differences in the past

We currently have approx 70 happy customers around the World.  Those of you who call AC your home as well, please check in and say hi.

Have any of your speakers made it to Australia? (Just curious.)

Good to see Vapor Audio here at AC. I heard the Aurora speakers at RMAF 2012 and thought they were fantastic! They are the speakers I want most for my next speaker purchase. I just wish I had room for them now.

There were a pair of Cirrus in Australia, Melbourne I think.  Owner loved them but hit some financial trouble so had to sell, but says he'll be ordering another pair as soon as possible.

Thanks, and glad you enjoyed them!  We actually have 3 pair of Aurora ready to ship right now.

That's the question on a lot of peoples minds for sure.  If you want something quickly, that's what the Breeze and Stiff Breeze are for.  In standard finish they can be delivered in 2-3 weeks, 4-6 in custom veneers.

As of right now we're more ahead of the game than we have been since we started.  We're close to completely caught up, and have lots of Cirrus, Joule, and Sundog cabinets cut and ready for veneer.  We even have stacks of stands cut, sealed, assembled, and ready for paint.  We can get Sundogs ready in 2-3 months, Cirrus in 4, and Joule in 6.

Congratulations on the Vapor Audio Circle!  Well deserved.

What is a Sundog?  I don't see anything on your website.
Still working on learning crossover design.  I am getting some advice and guidance from a gentleman named Ryan Bouma.  Just finished the  box design in Unibox on my "term paper" project.

Congrats Ryan and Vapor Audio, I will be sure to put up pictures of my Cirrus soon.  For those who have not heard any of the Vapor lineup they are some of the best speakers I have ever heard.  I got a taste with the Breeze in my home which were phenomenal and then quickly placed an order for my beautiful Cirrus.  I look forward to seeing more good work from you Ryan.

+1 on the Auroras. An excellent sounding waveguide design. Very impressive. They can fill a room in a way I never imagined from their size. Killer speakers.

I don't think you've heard them with the new tweeter have you?  You really need to hear the new ceramic tweet, night and day difference.

Thanks for the kinds words.
