Hi Guys,

New to the forum and just wanted to say it's a Great forum. Very Excited about my order on the New Hoyt-Bedford 1.5's that Louis is currently making.
I am not a stranger to the Omega line. I previously had a pair of the 3XRS's and absolutly loved them. Unfortunatly, i took a litte time off from the Hi-Fi world (What was i thinking  :roll: Anyway, back in and spent some time with Louis trying to put together a nice little system. He told me about the new 1.5 version and can't wait to get them. Cabinets are 29x11.5x11 floor standing with the tilt back option. A nice inbetween!! Thank you again Louis for spending the time with me to put togehter this awesome combination!

Strange that I emailed you today asking what you have been up to. Interested in some floorstanders possibly now that we have moved.

Can't wait to hear what this 1.5 is all about too...

They are really good.
These started out as an original XRS concept from the Super 3/5 XRS speaker

I'm waiting on this driver in the Type 1 box. Will report back. The Type 1 was very fast, very liquid, and had good extension. Some reported giving them some juice seemed to help; I'll be using Louis's favorite tube at about 6w/ch ...EL34  ; )
