This speaker looks a two way w/a woofer and a coaxial tweeter.
Oddly this Canadian site is just a photo asking full name and phone number for direct contact.

Agreed, looks just coaxial (driver voice coils not coincidently in phase).  And being a TL fan, am always suspicious of woofers placed so close to the top of a tower (that the cabinet is acting like a pipe more than just a simple ported box).

It sure is - they could have put a couple of more photos and at least specs.
