Looking for a used one and just spoke with a guy who said he didn't know the date of manufacture of the BP25 he is selling (!).

Much obliged.

Hi CHCH,

There is a new power supply - the MPS-2 which has been developed for the new BP26 preamplifier.
The MPS-2 can be used with the BP20 and BP25 if you wish.
The MPS-2 power supply is $1200 US.

Is this MPS-2 available now in Taiwan? or where (WWW home page?) can I order it ? Can we trade in MPS-1 to get MPS-2 with some discount from $1200 US?

Thanks!

HI,

We have not started producing the MPS-2 yet - should be in another couple of weeks.
We do not have any trade-in policy at this point.

A trade-in policy from MPS-1 to MPS-2 would be a nice option. I would not feel so guilty about doing that even though I just bought the MPS-1. The cost of these power supplies really add up.

A Trade up policy would be great!
